What is a CNC Spring Machine?

A CNC spring machine is a computer-controlled wire forming machine that automatically coils, bends, and shapes metal wire into springs using servo-driven axes. Unlike manual spring winders, CNC spring machines achieve ±0.01mm positioning accuracy across 2 to 14 axes, enabling mass production of compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, and custom geometries at speeds up to 110m/min.
